Welcome to LabourBook – Daily Attendance. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use LabourBook if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. LabourBook offers both free and paid subscription plans. If you choose a paid plan (e.g., Monthly Standard or Monthly Pro), you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through our designated third-party payment gateways (e.g., Google Play Billing). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the App, including worker details, attendance, and salary records. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect and manage this data in accordance with local employment and privacy laws.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LabourBook makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall LabourBook, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
